Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'. Surfaces for booth setup will vary, grass asphalt, dirt. We will do our best to accommodate special requests. A canopy is recommended as the event is held outdoors.

Show date is 5/14/2005 with a rain date of 5/21/2005. If the show is bumped to the rain date the show will be held on 5/21/2005 regardless of weather conditions.

Set up will begin at 8AM. No one will be allowed in to set up after the show starts.

If you are chosen to participate in the show your payments will be deposited to reserve your space. Photos will be kept and returned to you at the show. An information packet will be mailed to you along with notification of your acceptance.

If you are not chosen to participate all fees, will be returned to you along with your photos.

By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted to abide by the rules set forth by the "Muscle in the Mountains" Car Show Committee. I also understand no inappropriate items are to be sold nor anything that was not represented on the application I submitted. I also understand that the Sugar Loaf Chamber of Commerce and all members of the Chamber are not responsible for personal injuries, property damage or theft. All images in photos may be used for promotional purposes. I understand the committee reserves the right to reject any application. I agree that I am responsible for collecting NYS sales tax, my booth is to be attended for the duration of the show from 10am to 4pm and to keep my booth area clean and safe. I understand to refunds will be issued in the event of rain or other weather events.
