The ASL, is a non profit group representing a group of porfessional artists and craftspeople who live and work in historic Sugar Loaf, New York. Nestled in scenic Warwick Valley, we are dedicated to preserving the artistic tradition of our hamlet, and strive to encourage new artists to come to sugar Loaf, put down some roots and join our family of artisans.

Sugar Loaf is growing rapidly. While we welcome progress, the Foundation strives to be an influence that will preserve and protect Sugar Loaf's history, environment and identity as a unique, viable art and crafts community as well as a rural hamlet.
